The zig-zag formations that feature on our Jaipur fabric are inspired by a cotton turban cloth from Rajasthan, from about 1860. Found in the V&A archives, we took the turban design and put it into repeat, then recoloured the design for a contemporary interior furnishing fabric. Jaipur is presented on a rich velvet cloth and is a great fabric for your scheme, whether that is curtains, or a blind, upholstery or for cushions.
